Thank you for being a customer at WINGMAN AI PTY LTD.

The following terms are applicable for the products or services that you have purchased from us.

Eligibility for Refunds

For our "50 Matches Guaranteed" offer, we will offer you a full refund if you fail to get 50 matches on dating apps and you have adhered to the following conditions:

• Use the photos prescribed by your Profile Expert
• Attend at least 1 Office Hours Call every week
• Share your profile and request feedback on the Office Hours Call
• Send a photo of your matches screen every week to your Profile Expert
• Promptly respond to our messages in Slack regarding your profile within 48 hours

If you do not cooperate with the conditions for the guarantee, we will void the guarantee and notify you via Slack and email or terminate your membership and give you a full refund.

For the "One Percent" web application, refunds will be delivered under the following circumstances:

• The service is not delivered as promised due to an error on our end.
• If a technical issue caused by our platform prevents you from accessing the features you paid for, and the issue cannot be resolved within 96 hours from the time you report this issue via email to support@onepercent.dating.
• If you cancel your subscription within 2 days of signing up.

Refund Period

Refund requests for our "50 Matches Guaranteed" offer must be made within 31 days of the payment date. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund requests for our "One Percent" web application must be made within 2 days of the payment date.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

• Contact our support team at support@onepercent.dating.
• Provide your payment receipt, order ID, and a detailed explanation of the issue.
• Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.
• If your request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
