Cancellation Terms

These Cancellation Terms govern the cancellation of your subscription to any 1% products or services, including subscriptions, coaching programs, and any other recurring offerings (collectively, "Services"), operated by Wingman Group LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

By subscribing to our Services, you agree to these terms regarding cancellation. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or weekly, depending on your plan) unless you cancel.

1. YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL

You may cancel your 1% App subscription at any time. Cancellation is easy and can be done directly through your account settings. When you cancel:

  • You'll continue to have full access until the end of your current billing period
  • No future charges will be made to your payment method
  • Your unused credits will become inaccessible but are preserved if you resubscribe

IMPORTANT: Cancelling your subscription does not automatically entitle you to a refund. See our Refund Policy for details. Refunds are only available within 30 days of initial signup for first-time clients on the Trial plan (the 1% Membership, Lite, and Premium plans are non-refundable). You must cancel your subscription, attend a brief feedback call, and contact us to request a refund. Additional credit top-ups are non-refundable.

2. HOW TO CANCEL

2.1 1% Membership and Legacy Plans — Self-Service Cancellation (Recommended)

For 1% Membership, Lite, Premium, and Trial plan subscribers:

2.2 Digital Black Belt — Cancellation

Digital Black Belt subscriptions are managed separately and cannot be cancelled through the 1% app. To cancel your Digital Black Belt subscription:

  • If you subscribed through Whop: Log in to your Whop account at whop.com/@me and cancel your subscription through the Whop dashboard
  • If you subscribed through another payment method: Contact a team member directly inside the Digital Black Belt Slack community to request cancellation

Digital Black Belt cancellations will be processed within 24-48 hours of your request. You will retain access until the end of your current weekly billing period.

2.3 Email Cancellation

For any plan, if you cannot access your account or the methods above, contact support@onepercent.dating with:

  • Your account email address
  • The plan you are on
  • A clear request to cancel your subscription
  • We'll process your cancellation within 24-48 hours

3. CANCELLATION TIMING

Critical Timing Information:

  • Subscriptions renew on the same date you initially subscribed (monthly for 1% Membership and legacy plans, weekly for Digital Black Belt)
  • Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid the next charge
  • Cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing period
  • You cannot cancel retroactively for previous billing periods

Example: If you subscribed to the 1% Membership on the 15th, your subscription renews on the 15th of each month. To avoid the next charge, cancel by the 14th at the latest. For Digital Black Belt (weekly billing), your subscription renews every 7 days from your start date.

4. WHAT HAPPENS AFTER CANCELLATION

4.1 Immediate Effects

  • Your auto-renewal is disabled
  • No further charges will occur

4.2 End of Billing Period

  • Your access to Image Studio (DIY and DFY) ends
  • Your remaining credits become inaccessible until you resubscribe
  • You lose access to the Photo Bank
  • Community access (Digital Black Belt) is revoked
  • Wingman messaging assistant access ends

5. CREDITS AND UNUSED SERVICES

Important: When you cancel, any unused credits in your account will become inaccessible at the end of your billing period. Credits cannot be refunded, but they will be available again if you resubscribe in the future.

6. REACTIVATING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

You can resubscribe at any time by:

  • Logging into app.onepercent.dating
  • Following the on-screen instructions to reactivate your subscription
  • Note: Previous pricing and promotions may no longer be available
  • Your previous unused credits will be restored

7. NO PARTIAL BILLING PERIOD CREDITS

We do not provide pro-rated credits or refunds for partial billing periods. When you cancel:

  • You've paid for the entire current billing period
  • You receive service for the entire current billing period
  • No refunds are issued for "unused" days
  • Credits roll over to future billing periods but are not refunded

8. PENDING WORK AT CANCELLATION

After you cancel (but before your access ends):

  • You can continue to submit new Image Studio requests
  • You retain full access to all features until the end of your billing period
  • All normal service limits still apply

When your access ends (end of billing period):

  • Requests in queue will be cancelled and not processed
  • Requests already in progress will be completed
  • To access completed work, you'll need to resubscribe
  • You cannot download any photos once your access ends

9. DATA ACCESS AFTER CANCELLATION

9.1 Your Content

  • Once your paid access ends, you cannot download your photos
  • Your content may be retained in our systems but is inaccessible to you
  • To regain access to your content, you must resubscribe
  • We recommend downloading all important content before your access ends

9.2 Account Information

  • Your account remains active (but without paid features)
  • You can log in to resubscribe but cannot access previous content
  • To fully delete your account and data, contact support

10. INVOLUNTARY CANCELLATION

We reserve the right to cancel your subscription without notice if:

  • You violate our Terms of Service
  • Your payment method fails repeatedly
  • You engage in fraudulent activity
  • You misuse the service or harass our team/community
  • You share or resell content from our service

Involuntary cancellations for violations are not eligible for refunds.

11. CANCELLATION CONFIRMATION

After completing the cancellation flow, your subscription status will be updated in the billing portal. You can verify your cancellation by returning to the billing portal and confirming that your subscription shows as cancelled.

12. DISPUTES

If you believe you were charged after cancelling:

  • Contact us immediately with your cancellation confirmation
  • We'll investigate within 3-5 business days
  • Valid disputes will be resolved appropriately
  • Do not initiate a chargeback without contacting us first

13. SPECIAL PROMOTIONS

Some promotional subscriptions may have different cancellation terms. Always check the specific terms of any promotion before subscribing.

Final Reminder: Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid charges. Your unused credits will be preserved in your account for future use if you resubscribe. To request a refund (Trial plan only), you must cancel your subscription, attend a brief feedback call with our team, and contact us—cancelling alone is not sufficient. The 1% Membership, Lite, and Premium plans are non-refundable.
